First, schedule an obligation free discovery call (30mins) so we can get to know a little bit about what’s going on for you right now.  If you like our vibe, we can meet and see if there is a collaboration that we can do to help address your pain points.  If we don’t think we are the right fit for you, we will tell you and even refer you to some amazing colleagues who might have more of what you might need.  Whatever that might be! Some clients like to engage us to run a workshop with the HR team to brainstorm where we are now, what we think needs to change, and why? We take pride in our ability to learn the fundamentals of virtually any industry or technology quickly. We have the capacity to absorb large volumes of information, conceptualise your needs and identify possible solutions. Some of the markets we have served include public sector, local government, energy/utilities, international / domestic not-for-profits, education, financial services, health and networking. Having said that, we believe that the value we bring to the table is not industry expertise — which you already possess in abundance — but rather an understanding of the people practices that will help you thrive.

How much do you charge?

Our initial meeting with you is free; the intention of which is to learn more about your business, establish our credibility with you and see if there is anything that we can help you with. At that point we will discuss a commercial rate with you. Typically this is based on a rate appropriate to the service we are providing. Sometimes it may be a fixed fee for a given project. Our experience is that you can quickly recover our costs through the impact we make on the profitability and performance of your business.

Why should we hire a consultant to develop our HR plan and not do it ourselves?

We have been in-house HR Managers ourselves, and we know that when you’re facilitating you can’t be fully participating. And when you’re not fully participating, you are not tuned into your own genius.  When you’re not tuned into your own genius, you are not able to fully share the insights that you have about your organisation.  Let us facilitate the discussion so you are not distracted with the preparation, so we can design workshops that will elicit the best input, so you can immerse yourself in the brainstorm, and so we can share our experience and frameworks from 20 years experience, including 6 years in the UK and Asia.
