Reimagine HR Celebrates Six Years of Consulting Impact

On 17 February, we celebrated Reimagine HR’s sixth business birthday and what a milestone it’s been.

Six years of partnering with organisations to strengthen strategy, capability, and impact.
Six years of working alongside leaders who genuinely want to build better workplaces.
Six years of consulting work that has continued to deepen in quality, complexity, and influence.

Reimagine HR is thriving, and we remain fully committed to the advisory and consulting partnerships we deliver every single day.

From organisational design and structural reviews through to workforce planning, job design and classification, leadership development, HR reform, and large-scale people strategy, our work sits at the intersection of clarity and courage. We help organisations cut through complexity, strengthen their people practices, and build HR functions that are confident, capable, and aligned to strategy.

Sometimes that work is led by Trina as Principal Consultant. Sometimes it is Nicole Butler or one of our exceptional associate consultants and allied partners stepping in with their expertise. What remains constant is our shared commitment as a team: reimagining people practices and helping organisations build stronger, braver, more supported HR functions that balance performance, compliance, and care.

Reimagine HR remains, first and foremost, a consulting practice. It is where we partner directly with organisations to shape strategy, capability, and performance. It is where we support Boards, Executives, and People & Culture teams to design fit-for-purpose structures, clarify accountability, strengthen leadership, and execute meaningful change.

As part of our anniversary celebration, Trina also formally launched the new trinasunday.com website, a dedicated home for her thought leadership and advocacy for human-first leadership. It is a space focused on creating organisations where performance and people can thrive side by side, bringing together the HEART Work™ model, coaching programs, immersive experiences, and the rebranded podcast, Heart at Work with Trina Sunday.

It marks an exciting new chapter, but rest assured, nothing is shifting away from our core. Trina’s thought leadership and advocacy for HR continue to inform and strengthen the way we show up as consultants. The philosophy behind HEART Work™ underpins the clarity, courage, and humanity we bring into every client engagement.

The two brands are distinct. They are complementary. And they are aligned by one shared belief: work can be better.

Six years in, we feel proud of what we’ve built as a collective and energised by what comes next. Thank you to every client, collaborator, and leader who has trusted Reimagine HR to partner in meaningful change.

There is important work ahead. And we are just getting started.

Hip Hip Hooray!
