How is the Program Run?
HR Mastermind is a virtual experience which offers the opportunity to join from anywhere in Australia. To start, we will facilitate your profiling and work with you to set objectives and during the programme you and Trina will meet a number of times one-on-one.
Group sessions are driven by you, ensuring relevant topics are covered for maximum value; these are complimented by a Voxer chat allowing you to share achievements and challenges. You will end the program with focus and clarity on your next steps.
When you’re in a Mastermind group of other HR professionals, you’ll rarely have to go into deep-dive explanations of what you’re experiencing—they’re in your shoes! Not only does this save you time and energy, but you can be sure the suggestions and ideas are coming from someone who knows exactly what you’re going through and how you can overcome it.

How many times does the group meet together?
Over the 3 months there are 6 x fortnightly group sessions (60 minutes each) tailored to the group’s needs.
Is Enable-HR profiling included in the price and where can I find out more?
Yes, your individual Enable-HR profile highlighting your HR superpowers is a core element of the HR Mastermind and you will have access to your own personal dashboard.
How much 1:1 time do I get with Trina?
1 x 1:1 personal objective setting (30 minutes) at the beginning of the Mastermind
3 x 1:1 mentoring sessions (30 minutes once per month)
1 x close out call at the end of the program so you have focus and clarity on your next steps
Can HR Mastermind be face-to-face?
No, Mastermind is a virtual program. This offers more flexibility for busy professionals to meet. It also enhances the diversity of the group, as no one is restricted by driving distance, allowing for better learning and networking. Meeting online also means that participants are likely to arrive on time and can join from anywhere so don’t have to worry about travel. An additional advantage is being able to watch recordings of sessions so you never miss a thing.
How much is HR Mastermind?
Your investment is $2850 (excluding GST) which includes 3 months of consultative coaching, group sessions, personal HR profiling, customised group learning, individualised development planning, 1:1 mentoring and more.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payments can be split into thirds and paid monthly (1 month in advance) for participants who are paying personally (organisations must pay in full prior to the program commencing). If an individual is booking well in advance of the Mastermind commencing lower payments can be spread over a longer period. This can be agreed with us when you register.
How do we stay connected as a group?
We currently use Voxer to support our Mastermind participants throughout the 3-month program. The free app allows us to engage via chat/messenger with capacity to leave 15min voice messages. Voxer can be very handy for venting, brain dumping, or seeking support over an issue which the group can then respond to at a time that’s convenient for them. Trina is very responsive and typically replies within 2 business days.
What is the structure of the group sessions?
A typical group session will have one to two items on the agenda which have been identified by the group as common areas of interest that they want to explore more (e.g. culture, workforce planning, DEI, psychological safety, building HR’s brand etc). Trina shares insights about the topics and resources that might help participants to dive deeper. The session then allows time for a free flowing discussion on current challenges each member is facing.
How long does the program run?
The program runs over a 3-month period from the first group session. You may have a slightly longer engagement with Trina if you book the Mastermind in advance and complete your profiling and development planning ahead of the 3 months commencing.
What if I can't make a group session and Q&A, will there be a replay?
Yes. We know our HR leaders may not be able to make every group session but anticipate that every member will strive to attend. When you can’t make it, you can submit questions to [email protected] and receive responses via the video recording. Group members will have private access to video replays.
